For orders going to the United States: Due to the current tariff situation, we are only able to use FedEx Express shipping services, which are not available for our free shipping deal.
📦How long will my order take to process?
3-4 business days is the time it takes us to fulfil your order and dispatch.
✈️How long are shipping times?
🇦🇺 Australian: 2-15 business days (depending on the shipping method)
🇺🇸 United States: 2-3 business days (FedEx Express - tracked shipping)
🌎 All other International Orders outside of Australia: 10-30 business days.
These are estimations based on our shipping provider and there can always be some local delays that can happen beyond our control so please allow up to 1-2 weeks extra.

⚖️ Will i get charged customs on my items?
🇺🇸 United States: You will be charged applicable customs & duties charges at checkout. We will send all shipments to the United States as Delivered Duty Paid, meaning that there won't be any additional surprise charges or shipping delays for you after checkout.
🌎 All other International Orders outside of Australia: For most countries, there are no applicable taxes or customs charges. If your country is applying customs charges to orders from Australia, please note that paying those extra charges is your responsibility as a customer - you will get directly notified from your local customs office or shipping provider, if additional customs charges apply to your shipment.
