Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship internationally from Sydney, Australia.

What are the shipping times & deals?

Express shipping is free on orders over $50 AUD. Australia: arrives in 2–4 business days. Rest of the world: arrives in 2–7 business days. Checkout shows the exact dates for your address.

Are there bulk discounts?

Add the 9" ITA Sling, the 7" ITA Wallet or both to an ITA bag and everything saves an extra 10%. It comes off automatically in your cart.

Do your bags have a warranty?

Yes. Every Pinbuds ITA bag comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, B-grade bags included. It covers faults in materials and workmanship under normal everyday use for 1 year from delivery. Normal wear and tear, accidents and misuse aren't covered. This is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Who's behind Pinbuds?

Pinbuds is a project by Sydney artist Donburee. It started in 2014, when a first trip to Japan turned into a pin collection that deserved better than a drawer. Since then we've made hundreds of designs with our community through crowdfunding, and 10,000+ bags are out there carrying collections. The art is drawn in Procreate on iPad, with Figma and Affinity for the vector work, and the bags go through in-person sample rounds with our suppliers and months of stress testing before every campaign. Pinbuds is part of Studio Donburee, the Sydney design studio Donburee co-founded.
