Full description

One 15" bag, three ways to carry it, in tough Oxford that handles the weather. Backpack, shoulder bag or laptop bag, with a pin window on the front that doubles as the anti-theft pocket.

Three carry modes, no loose straps
Backpack for long walks and heavy loads. Shoulder bag on the padded, detachable strap (99 to 141 cm) for browsing the con floor. Laptop bag on the top handles for the office. The backpack straps tuck into a pocket at the back, and the shoulder strap unclips, so whichever mode you pick, nothing dangles. The backpack straps reach 18 to 35 cm from the back of the bag to the front of your chest.

Pins up front, valuables safe
The window shows 21 x 23 cm and sits about 2 cm deep, room for about 40 pins. Four keychain loops inside take charms. The whole pin window is also the bag's anti-theft pocket, a safe spot for a phone, wallet or transit card in a crowd.

Why we made this instead of a cheaper bag
The biggest complaint about ITA bags under $100 is that the window fogs, the fabric pills and the straps hurt after an hour. We could make a $60 bag. It wouldn't survive a year of actual use. This one does.
