Lost or Broken Items
If an item has not arrived 4 weeks after it's estimated arrival date we will mark it as lost and offer a full replacement of the order for free. If an item is out of stock we will refund or offer a item replacement of equal value.
If an item arrives broken we can offer a replacement or refund. Just send us a message or email and we can work out a solution.
With busy shopping periods like Black Friday or Christmas estimated shipping times can get pushed out. Australia is also impacted by the travel restrictions due to the pandemic we have a lot less delivery routes out of the country. Please allow some extra time for deliveries to arrive as the pandemic is creating varied shipping times around the world which we cant control. If your order is untracked we will use the information from other non tracked orders to gauge the latest approximate shipping times. If your order is tracked we can let you know its whereabouts from sendle's information.
