17" Expandable ITA Backpack

Amazing bag! I love the compartments and ita window. But I really wish it had better inner compartments. Also, it can be very difficult to use the different compartments when the bag is full. As the bag fills up, you have to use force to put items into the other compartments. Still, it's an epic bag and you get to support a small business!

Had some issues with shipping but seller made sure to be as communicative and understanding as possible and the bag is great for every day carry, my school use, and for traveling out of state. No complaints! An excellent item!

And I'm fine with that, since i was considering that one instead anyway lol
The 17" is great, quality is good and there's tons of pockets for all your stuff. The straps can be a little uncomfortable due to being quite stiff and the bottle holders on the sides are way too tight imo, but the ITA pocket works great and the bag can store a good amount of stuff. Very happy with my purchase.

This is the cutest addition to my keychain. I bought several different charms for myself and to gift to friends but because they're SO CUTE, I couldn't bear to part with any of them. So I'll be ordering more for my friends, and keeping this one for myself.

I had always been eyeing the 3-way itabag back when the only one available was 14", and I asked the team/support if there were plans for a bag that would fit 15" laptops, and they were INCREDIBLY nice and super kind with me (revealing that they had just finished the Kickstarter for one!! I was so excited!) until I was able to purchase! This was my main Christmas present, and I am SO happy with it!
I'm working on getting more pins and keychains to fill up the pocket (perhaps I'll buy from pinbuds themselves! There's a few I have my eye on..) so the bag itself is a WIP at the moment, but it's genuinely the best bag I've ever had.

The material is incredibly comfortable, both to hold and against my back and shoulder! My old bag was really scratchy so this is such a lovely change of pace.
Having a comfortable way to travel with my bag is a necessity for me, as a student for 2 different places starting 2026. Being able to switch from backpack to crossbody bag to even a handbag whenever required is such a good idea and it's implemented in the bag perfectly! Everything is so neat and tidy, and it's very easy to get the hang of switching and it's a quick process too! I can use the backpack for walking long distances, and switch to crossbody or handbag when on campus so it's easier to grab my things. SUCH a great concept and it's even better to use.
The material is also waterproof! Thankfully I haven't had to accidentally figure this out with a leak of a water bottle or anything, but this is very useful to literally anyone! I hate how wet my bag gets in the rain, and I'm sure anyone would too!

The window/pocket is so beautifully designed too. There is a lot of space for anyone to display their pins, and I'm working on filling it up with pins and badges from my local artists! The four loops at the top for keychains are such a good idea! (The two keychains in those spaces right now have charms that have fallen off before, having them in a pocket means I won't lose them again!) Even without the keychain loops inside the window, there's plenty of places to put keychains on the bag itself! The zippers have a design I haven't seen before, being able to push on them to clip anything onto them (like keychains or other things without a way to hook onto stuff?) which is very useful especially for the keychains that are hard to open!

Now for the actual bag part, it is extremely spacious! After purchasing, I discovered that my laptop was actually 15.6" (but many 15.6" laptops state that they are 15" for some reason?) and I was getting anxious that my laptop wouldn't fit, and I'd have to trade with a family member/buy a smaller laptop so it would fit in the bag. Thankfully though, my 15.6" laptop fits perfectly in the dedicated laptop sleeve! There isn't any issues (not being able to use the Velcro to keep it secure, not being able to close the bag fully etc.), which I am extremely grateful for!
Not only does it fit my laptop perfectly, but all my essentials too! My books fit in the main pocket, as well as my lunchbox and pencilcase if needed! I can even fit my iPad (9th Gen) and Switch2 in there! There's PLENTY of space to use, with enough pockets to store any items you've got. If you're worried about not being able to fit anything in there, I can almost guarantee you that it won't be an issue!
Opposite the laptop sleeve are three smaller pockets (the page says 2, but a lot of information on the page seems a little incorrect/outdated? Not sure about that!). I'm currently trying to figure out what exactly to put in them (as they don't go full length to the bottom of the bag!) as my pencilcase would be too long (and slightly too wide) and my ruler is far too long to fit. I'll likely end up putting pencils and spare pens or extra stationary in that space! I want to use as much of the bag as possible.
A small thing many people may overlook is the fact that there's little pockets on the outside for umbrellas and drink bottles etc. This is a pretty important part of any bag, but my previous one didn't have these! Very thankful to have them back. In this bag they're actually made out of the same material as the rest of the bag and so they're not going to break easily or leak anything!

Overall, this is such an incredible bag. You can tell that a lot of effort and love went into it's creation, and I'm so happy that it's in my hands, and I will treat it with the love and care it deserves. Thank you for making this itabag!!
I wish I was able to get the accessories or the free items with it, but I'm still very happy with the purchase regardless! No issues so far.
Absolutely perfect bag, extremely comfortable with heaps of space! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a durable itabag for daily life.

This bag was definitely something I really wanted to have that will allow me to carry my handheld pc's and other small items. It's convenient, the material is nice, and it's easy to carry! The material makes it comfy to have on in multiple carrying situations, and the straps are super durable and don't cut into my shoulders or my hands. I only wish there was a pocket big enough to fit my phone. I rectified that by adding another pocket and attaching it using the free pins that came with my kickstarter. The D ring pins came in super clutch! I ended up using the promo item from round 1 as my extra phone pocket, and it works! I also wish there was extra inserts to purchase, but I can try to make my own to go with this bag.

I’ve been buying PinBud bags since the first one and they keep getting better and better and honestly this might be the best one yet, I’m so happy with this new V5 and use it as my new daily bag and Convention Bag.

The team was very polite, professional, and kind! I ran into slight issues with ordering the wrong item and having shipping price changes, but the team helped me work through them and were very accommodating throughout the whole process!
